Leo’s Choice Wines – A Wholesale and Distributor Based in New Jersey.

Established in 2006, Leo's Choice is an import company based in New Jersey and licensed by the NJ State as wholesale and distributor.

Leo’s Choice was founded by Leonel Lopes, Sommelier since 1987 in the most sophisticates New York restaurants (Tavern on the Green, Le Cirque), New Jersey (The Manor) and a pioneer in the market in NJ sales of wine Cellar of Reguengos cooperative and renowned Chilean wines Concha y Toro.

In Portugal since August 2006 to February 2008, Leonel decided to create a wine portfolio of his own favourite wine that he would like to see in the US market. After this period of experiencing and tasting wines from various regions of Portugal, Leonel decided to reward the quality of wines from Herdade Agricola de Vale de Barqueiros using these as “Table Wine”.

About Sociedade Herdade Agricola de Vale de Barqueiros:

Founded in 1985, The Sociedade Herdade Agricola De Vale Barqueiros is a family winery that holds a farm called Herdade Vale Barqueiros. The Sociedade Herdade Agricola De Vale Barqueiros is a winery that consists of 122ha of vineyards, 330ha of Olive groves, and a forest area consisting of cork oaks and pines and several dams to meet the irrigation needs.

Fermentation: In a controlled temperature stainless steel vessel, after pre-fermentation maceration.

Palate: It is silky and elegant, smooth and balanced.
