Italy based Producer of Dolce Cilento Meloncello, Limoncello

Dolce Cilento Liquor is an Italian Liquors & Cream Liqueurs Cocktails producer.

Dolce Cilento is located in the Campania regions, Italy. Its origin dates back to the year 1000, in the heart of the National Park of Cilento near Amalfi Coast. Dolce Cilento chose this region because the lands are very fertile and can produce extremely high-quality fruits. Their Organic Amalfitano Lemons are considered the best lemons in the world because of the land and the climate they grow in. Dolce Cilento is an artisanal family run business. Dolce Cilento Liquors are produced in a factory in near Amalfi Coast at Campania Regions in southern Italy. With over 80 years of experience in producing fruit Liqueurs and Cream Liqueurs, the factory stands in a lovely hamlet dating back to the year 1000, in the heart of the National Park of Cilento.

Dolce Cilento

Dolce Cilento produces liqueurs and Cream liqueurs following a very age-old and matchless artisanal tradition. They have over 80 years of experience in producing Limoncello and fruit liqueur products. They are very proud of their Organic Amalfitano Lemons. They also created other innovative and original liqueurs with melon, hazelnut, watermelon and pistachio. All the fruits are processed within two hours from the pickup to conserve its flavours and freshness. The peels of the fruit remain in infusion in pure alcohol at 96° for several weeks. This process allows conserving all taste and essential oil of the fruit inside the products. Dolce Cilento cultivates the fruits in-house for the production of liqueurs, and it's addressed to organic production. All the cultivations are done under the supervision of an expert agronomist to guarantee the total absent of chemical products. Dolce Cilento products are sold in Europe, North America and will be available in Africa and Asia sooner.

Dolce Cilento Meloncello

The Cantaloupe Melons are cultivated in the same traditional style after ripening in the golden sun in a certified organic land. The result from an ancient recipe is the pure, unique and delectable melon flavour, which is this original and unique natural Meloncello Liquor. It is best served chilled, after meals as digestive. It can also be used in Meloncello Cocktail Recipes, baking and cooking recipes.

Dolce Cilento Limoncello

Traditional Limoncello liquor is obtained by an infusion within 2 hours from the harvest of fresh organic Amalfi lemon peels, which selected and planted with care in a protected area of National Park of Cilento. it infuses a strong lemon flavour without the sourness or bitterness of lemon juice. It is best served chilled, after meals as digestive and can also be used in limoncello Cocktail Recipes, baking and cooking recipes.

Dolce Cilento Watermeloncell

Watermeloncello is made with the traditional production under the Italian golden sun. The flavour of Watermelon gives a fresh and sweet taste to your cocktail and brings summer into your glass. It is best served chilled, after meals as digestive and can also be used in Watermeloncello Cocktail recipes, cooking or in salad dressing. Add to Champagne or Prosecco and drop a piece of strawberry in the glass.

Dolce Cilento Crema Di Meloncello

Melon Cream Liqueur has the taste of gloriously smooth which is so deliciously creamy, with the distinctive flavour of Cantaloupe Melon ripen under the golden sun of Campania, Italy. It is best served chilled on ice, after meals as digestive and also ideal to top-up on desserts, such as on ice-cream and fruit salad. It is an increasingly popular ingredient in Cream Meloncello cocktails.

Hazelnut Cream Liqueur

Hazelnut Cream Liqueur has the taste of gloriously smooth and deliciously creamy, with the distinctive flavour of fresh Hazelnut. The Hazelnut cream liquor gives a unique and special taste if added to the coffee. Warm Crema di Nocciole at 60°C (140 °F), and serve in a cup and drink warm like hazelnut chocolate with a buzz. Pistachio Cream Liqueur
