Meet Julieta Campos, Director of Beverage and Bar Operations at The Fifty/50 Group. With a stellar career including The Aviary and accolades like NewsFeed's 40 Under 40, she's a keynote speaker at 2024 USA Trade Tasting.

Julieta Campos, the Beverage and Bar Operations Director at The Fifty/50 Group in Chicago, brings years of experience and expertise to the table, having joined The Fifty/50 Group in early 2012.

Starting her career at The Aviary, Julieta quickly made a name for herself with her outstanding skills in front-of-house and behind-the-scenes beverage operations. She then spent several years perfecting her craft behind the bar at The Berkshire Room before taking over the beverage program at The Whistler.

In 2018, Julieta's dedication and talent were recognized when she was named in NewsFeed's 40 Under 40 list as a rising star in the industry. That same year, she received a prestigious Jean Banchet Award nomination for Best Mixologist.

As the director of beverage and bar operations at The Fifty/50 Group, Julieta plays a pivotal role in overseeing the bar teams at The Berkshire Room and Kindling, two of The Fifty/50 Group’s original cocktail-focused concepts.
