Sam Garcia

Beverage Manager at Tre Dita at the St. Regis, Chicago

A native of Chicago, Sam Garcia initially pursued a career in academia that would foster his passion for film and comedic writing before finding his home behind the stick. He has held the helm behind the bar for the last decade including Directing the Beverage Program at Carnivale in Fulton Market. He continues to share his love and knowledge of all things beverage. On his down time he continues to work on his writing when he isn't hanging out with his lady and their two amazing doggos. He is now the Beverage manager at Tre Dita at the St. Regis, Chicago.
