Katie Hoy is the Director of Commercial Operations, B2C eCommerce for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, the largest beverage alcohol distributor in North America. Katie has more than 10 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry and has specialized in B2C eCommerce for the last six years. Katie’s previous role was eCommerce Business Development Manager for Brown-Forman, where she led emerging channel strategy and eCommerce Marketplace Relationships. Prior to that, Katie held roles in both the Global Production and US Commercial organizations at Brown-Forman, ranging from Global Contract Bottling responsibilities to US Route to Market strategy. Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from University of Louisville.
