Alicia serves as the Wine Educator for Binny’s Beverage Depot, a wine and spirits retailer with 45 stores across Illinois. Alicia is also a WSET educator, serves as the Chicago educator for the U.S. Champagne Bureau, and holds monthly wine seminars at the Alliance Française de Chicago. She began her journey into the wine industry while living in London and completed her WSET Diploma in 2020. She was formerly a sommelier at the InterContinental Hotel-Chicago.
