The vineyards at Venetian Hills® are facing south along the gentle slopes of the hills of Maser where the soil is excellent and the location is the sunniest. Each type of vine has been careful chosen to express it’s best in relation to the soil, climate and sun exposure. The hills in the province of Treviso around Asolo are the birthplace of premium selected grapes that owe their characteristics to a soil with enriched minerals. These aromatic grapes are harmonious and add structure to the wines which makes them unique and unmistakable. Prosecco is a product of excellence from the hand picked grapes of Glera, Perera and other native white grapes from the hills of Asolo. Temperature controlled vinification and subsequent sparkling wine production using the Charmat/Martinotti method enhances the bouquet of aromas and the refined taste of the wine.
