We have been introducing Japanese Craft Juice for over 25 years, and now launched a new range "Fruits + Nigori Sake", collaborating with Kikusui, a sake brewer from south Nagano. Blending Honjyozo Nigori Sake and craft juice has resulted in a harmonic marriage of tastes. We would like to introduce various pairings and recipes too.
