The distillery is situated in an old church in Sorel, Qc. Known for Quebec\'s first locally distilled gin, Piger Henricus (now called Marie-Victorin Gin), a crisp and parsnip infused gin, Les Subversifs now produces a vast array of spirits and liqueurs ranging from "crèmes de menthe", to mate tea liquor, vodka and orange-whiskey liquor. Les Subversifs also produce for Les Spiritueux Iberville, a Montreal based company that produces italian-style products such as amaretto, aperitivo, bitter, amaro and sambuca.
