The philosophy behind KalósWines is to produce high-quality wines in small quantities. With this in mind, we selected the best grapes in Mendoza to make our wines. Our vineyards are located in Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and some areas of Uco Valley. Kalós Wines is a project that pays homage to Calixto, the owners family’s grandfather, and the names of the wines have been inspired by stories from his life. Calixto was the source of inspiration for the whole project. He is the reason why this story started to unfold and has left an indelible mark across several family generations. YOLI by Kalós pays tribute to Calixto’s wife, Yolanda, the heart of the family. Yolanda was the one, the woman with whom grandfather Calixto spent his whole life and raised his family. A reserve blend that interprets her: strong, kind and unique. 59 NOVIAS evokes the 59 girlfriends that he boasted of having during his youth. Sin Rodeo wines is a project that produce entry level wines with excellent relationship quality- price.
