Under the brand name of MINOTENGU, Hayashi Sake Brewery is producing all-handmade sake in the old fashioned way. We start from planting rice seeds in our own rice fields, minimizing the use of agricultural chemicals. The yeast we use is also grown in our prefecture. Having dialogues with the local climate and nature, we are proud to deliver the wonderful gift of our region in a sustainable way. Recently our sake has been awarded all over the world including US, France, Italy Singapore, and Australia.
