We started BVS Co. to produce our Krupnikas Spiced Honey Liqueur, a family recipe for an old Lithuanian and Polish drink that for years had been a stovetop favorite. Flavored with NC Wildflower honey, 15 different spices, and bottled at 80 proof, this drink has more complexity, depth, and flavor than any other honey-flavored spirit on the market. A remarkably appealing sipper, shooter, and mixer Krupnikas appeals to all types of adult drinkers thanks to its balanced sweetness, complex flavors, and alcoholic potency. A neutral base allows mixologists to use it in a huge variety of cocktails, as well as appealing to chefs looking for a flavorful addition to desserts and even some savory dishes. In 2015 we expanded to launch 4 new liqueurs, each with innovative and complex flavors. These liqueurs draw inspiration from the craft beer movement\'s willingness to take risks and push the limits on consumers expectations. They offer a wide range of possibility for both consumers and bartenders. Zaphod is a mellow and light liqueur flavored with starfruit, guava, mint & sage. Beebop is a brightly flavored tart & savory liqueur with rhubarb, hibiscus, rosemary & allspice. Beatnik is an unusually savory liqueur with fresh beets, thyme, and fennel. And the Jabberwock is an aggressive all-out beast, with chipotle and manzano peppers backed by coffee, chicory & lemongrass.
