In the Chianti region, spreading over 18 hectars, 14 of which with vineyards, Colle Adimari is immersed in the typical tuscan rural landscape. We are brother and sister. Together we take care of the vineyards our grandfather passed on to us. Every year we pick our grapes and dedicate ourselves to producing genuine wines linked to the land we grew up on. It is in in this way that territory wines are produced mainly Sangiovese with an eye to drinkability and the aromatic spectrum.
