AMABUKI is a brewery that has been producing sake for centuries, ever since it was established in 1688. Our aim is to pass on the knowledge of sake brewing techniques to future generations. We use fresh, soft water sourced from the mountains in Saga prefecture, along with carefully selected high-quality rice and yeast extracted from natural flowers. Our brewers use a blend of traditional and modern techniques to produce unique and distinct sake. Our motto, "Onko Sousei," means that we learn from the past to create new and better things.
