Chicago Pride Fest

Northalsted on Halsted Street from Addison to Grace St.

2023 Gay Pride Event returns to America’s first recognized LGBTQ community

The festival features live music by headline artists and local favorites, 3 stages, food and drink, 150+ arts/crafts vendors, DJ’s and dancing, drag shows, pet parade, sponsored presence, games, giveaways and more.

The annual Chicago Pride Fest® is a legendary street festival, held the weekend before the Chicago Pride Parade (last Sunday in June). With upwards of 60,000 expected to attend, join us in celebrating LGBTQ+ life, culture and community.

Several large parties take place over the weekend leading up to the Chicago Pride main parade. Known as “Pridefest” the event should be on your Chicago Pride itinerary. The two day festival takes place in the gay village and comes complete with several stages featuring different live acts, appealing to all tastes.

It’s a love-filled celebration of diversity, equality and the Chicago LGBTQ+ community on Halsted Street, America’s first recognized gay village.

The festival is easily accessible via the CTA Red Line Addison station at historic Wrigley Field as well as multiple bus lines and rideshare car/cab services with convenient access to downtown hotels and other lodging.
