Emiliano’s first summer job as a teenager was to run a printing press. Little did he know that his career as an educational technologist would lead him full circle to developing and running a digital platform for restaurateurs!
In 2004 he partnered with Santé magazine, a print magazine that was started in 1996, to develop iSanté, its digital evolution. Launched in 2006, iSanté has become a magazine platform that is both a community of high end restaurateurs as well as a content hub for restaurateurs to share their knowledge.
